Press Relief is a one-woman printshop based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. All designs are created from a manual process called block printing. The design starts on paper, gets transferred to a linoleum block, carved, inked, then hand cranked through an etching press to apply pressure that transfers the image onto paper and textiles. This creates unique, one-of-a-kind prints every time which reflect the beauty of hand printed block prints.
